We are able to offer a complete Turn Key service of design right through to the finished product.
This is a very unique service that we are able to offer, as we use the latest technologies on a daily basis to aid the design of all parts that go into the construction of the cars we manufacture.
In our design devision we have
Finite Elements Analysis(FEA) for stress analysis Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for aerodynamic analysis We also have the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) package to design up any parts that would need to be manufacturerd by method of (CAM) or NC machining and various rapid protyping methods we are also able to do model rendering which enables us to simulate what the finished product will look like as well as how it will perform under certain conditions of heat, force and motion
manufacturing and construction processes that we utilise are
- laser cutting 2D and 3D - cnc machining - water cutting - rapid prototyping - moulding and casting of alloys - moulding of composites and polymers - laminating of advanced composites such as prepregs and infused epoxy's for carbon and glass.
